1. Dice 1: The number opposite 6 is 1, and the number 3 is already visible, so the number at the top is 5.
2. Dice 2: The number opposite 4 is 3, so the number at its top is 1.
3. Dice 3: The number opposite 6 is 1, the number opposite 4 is 3, so the number at the top is 5.

The sum is: 5 + 1 + 5 = 11.

6 and 5 are on the upper and lower surfaces of this brick.

Here the common faces with number 4, are in same positions. Hence 6 is opposite to 2 and 3 is opposite to 1. Therefore 4 is opposite to 5. Otherwise also, the dice clearly show that 4 is adjacent to 1, 2, 3 and 6. So it can be opposite only to 5.
