The + moves clockwise from covers to corner. The O doesn't move. The square change its orientation alternately. The alphabet at the top moves down and gets replaced by a new one.

In the first step the diagonals interchange then two new elements are added at the top-left and bottom-left, i.e., the left column gets two new elements. After that the diagonals interchange and the pattern repeats. In the fourth box the diagonals have interchanged. So in the answer, two new icons will appear in place of the up arrow and down angle(V), the square and $ will remain same.

With reference to the above diagram, on each step the movements are as shown below.

1. 4 moves to 2
2. 2 moves to 3
3. 3 moves to 1
4. 1 moves to 4

Design rotates anti-clockwise. But icons at lower left and top right are replaced by different icons. For example, in the second box, O is replaced by a star. No replacement for top right corner because that is vacant. In the third box, C(supposed to come in the lower left corner) is replaced by a circle, and the arrow pointing upwards(supposed to come in top right corner) is replaced by a different icon, i.e., an arrow pointing downwards. In the last box, the *(supposed to come in the upper right corner) is replaced by an arrow pointing towards the left.
