The upper two icons interchange on each step. The lower icons interchange after every second step. The arrow flips only when lower icons interchange. So in the answer, the upper triangle should be at the upper left corner, and square at the upper right corner. The lower two icons have to flip now, so + should be in the lower left corner and O in the lower right corner. It is time for the arrow to flip, so it would point towards the upper right corner.

In the first step a triangle is shown. Then its one edge disappears and a circle appears in its place. After that the triangle is shown again. Then its two edges disappear and two circles appear. After that the triangle has to appear again.

In the first step the diagonals interchange then two new elements are added at the top-left and bottom-left, i.e., the left column gets two new elements. After that the diagonals interchange and the pattern repeats. In the fourth box the diagonals have interchanged. So in the answer, two new icons will appear in place of the circle and $, the + and X will remain same.
